iPhone Users Love Hate Siri Voice Control
A recent and informal poll among iphone’s SIRI users are split 50/50 Love / Hate. SIRI, as you may know, is Apple’s voice control for the iphone 4s and newer. You launch SIRI and ask her to assist you, and she does (or tries). Most of the complaints about SIRI is not her accuracy, but her understanding. It seems deep or heavy accents, even American ones, baffle SIRI and her logic. I remember playing with voice control way back in the 90’s with Apple Quadra AV machines…which obviously had a limited vocabulary. Back then you had to “teach” the system how you spoke, then it worked great. SIRI will forever be in development, hopefully getting better with age..
