Cartoon Spring-Flowers and Sign Flippers

We’ve all seen them…sign flippers. Usually teenage males, dancing on a street corner, flipping a giant cardboard arrow which will direct you to a mattress sale or the like. Spring being around the corner means flowers will bloom and sign flippers are back in business.
In this “Spring Early Warning SIGN”, the sign flipper dressed as a chicken is also juggling bowling pins and hula-hooping.
