Airline Fees Out of Control

USA Today reports that some airline fees are up 50% from this time last year. Every time I turn on the news, I see some new form of tax or fee applied to air travelers. I think it’s ridiculous, and may start driving everywhere instead.

I’m not sure why this image came to me in my moring fog, but looking at it as I nearly completed it, it reminds me of a character in the live action (1980) movie “Popeye” with Robin Williams, and Donald Moffat as the “Taxman”.
