I don't understand why no one ever claims their winnings...

Be very careful of any nigerian scams, or internet scams in general. People will internet scam you for money. Just say no. If you don’t know them, chances are you’re being robbed.

   And wouldn’t you know it, I just got a Nigerian scam today in my email. I thought they banned those?
