Northwest U.S. Gets hit with Flash Freeze
Rain flash-freezing on the roads have made travel perilous in the Northwest. At least 50 vehicles piled up on the interstate outside of Philadelphia. Treacherous road conditions have claimed 5 lives this weekend. Please be safe and travel only when you must.
