Iowa Named Best State

According to U.S. News, Iowa has been named the best State to Live In. A study based on 77 metrics from healthcare, infrastructure to quality of life evaluated Iowa as the best. My cartoon featuring a farmer and his wife is based on the world famous painting “American Gothic” by Grant Wood.
