Hey – great article. The mortgage problem is STILL crazy – especially in Las Vegas – I recently saw that seventy-one percent of homes over there are underwater! If this is the situation in a great place like Las Vegas, it really makes me concerned… Anyhow… cool site… I’m subscribed to your RSS feed now so I’ll be checking in regularly!
